Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

• Carrier: We ship all orders via NZ Post.
• Shipping Rates: Free shipping applies to orders over $150. (Standard shipping rates for orders under this amount are still being finalized and will be displayed at checkout.)
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Area: We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details and photos so we can resolve the issue.
